We spend a lot of time reading reviews before we recommend anything — we figured the least we could do is actually be reachable when you want to talk to us.
Whether you found something you love, spotted a product we missed, or just want to tell us a recommendation landed wrong… we read every message! If you're waiting on a reply, give us 24–48 hours. We're a small team and we'd rather take time to actually help than fire back a canned response.
For brands and PR: We don't work with brands that push us to skip our ratings check. If your product has good reviews and you'd like us to take a look, you're welcome to reach out at partnerships@topratd.com. We'll evaluate it the same way we evaluate everything else… through the ratings.
